Let's try this again ...

Voting starts at 23:00 UTC on Thursday, 27 March (TODAY) [1], and
runs for two weeks, ending at 23:00 UTC on Thursday, 10 April [2].

If you cast a ballot yesterday then it was recorded; the bug in the
voting mechanism had to do with the subsequent HTTP redirect.
