CFV: New OpenJDK Members Group Member: Stefan Karlsson

I hereby nominate Stefan Karlsson to Membership in the OpenJDK Members
Group.

Stefan is a Reviewer in the jdk9 and jdk8u Projects and a Member of the
HotSpot Group.  He has been working on HotSpot garbage collection for
more than 4 years and prior to than worked on the Jrockit JVM in the
areas of memory management and performance.  He has contributed
74 changes to the OpenJDK (which does not count over 100 changes he
made during the perm-removal project which was integrated as a
single patch).

Votes are due by 12:00 noon, Monday, April 14, 2014 UTC [0].

Only current OpenJDK Members [1] are eligible to vote on this
nomination.  Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing
list.
