CFV: New OpenJDK Members Group Member: Magnus Ihse Bursie

I hereby nominate Magnus Ihse Bursie to Membership in the OpenJDK 
Members Group. Magnus is a Reviewer in the JDK 9 and Verona Projects and 
a Member of the Build Group. He has been working with the OpenJDK 
projects since 2011 and is currently the project lead for the Build 
Infrastructre Project.

Votes are due by 11:00am, Mon, November 23, 2015 UTC.

Only current OpenJDK Members [1] are eligible to vote on this
nomination.  Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing
list.
