CFV: New OpenJDK Members Group Member: Stuart Marks

I hereby nominate Stuart Marks (OpenJDK smarks) to Membership in the 
OpenJDK Members Group.

Stuart is a Reviewer in the JDK 8, JDK 8u, and JDK 9 Projects and a 
member of the Core Libraries group. [1] He has been working on OpenJDK 
since 2010, leading the "coinification" libraries project in JDK 7, 
helping organize and lead warnings cleanup efforts, overseeing RMI with 
a side of serialization, as well as doing other libraries work on 
lambda, streams, and collections. In addition, as "Dr. Deprecator" he 
has been deprecating deserving APIs since 2013.

Votes are due May 6, 2016.

Only current OpenJDK Members [2] are eligible to vote on this
