GB Nomination: Andrew Haley

Hello all!

I would like to nominate once again Andrew Haley for the position of
At-Large Member to the OpenJDK Governing Board.

Andrew is a well respected and well known participant and I may add
leader of the OpenJDK Community, with contributions that have been
very significant over the years in helping keeping the Governing Board
as open (and transparent) as it is today, for example by helping
organise and host public "Meet The Governing Board" panels at FOSDEM
during the years.

In addition of being At-Large Member of the Governing Board, Andrew is
currently project lead of OpenJDK6 and OpenJDK7 update projects, as
well as AARCH64, but his contributions extend well beyond that.
