CFV: New OpenJDK Members Group Member: Roger Riggs

I hereby nominate Roger Riggs (OpenJDK: rriggs) [1] to Membership in the 
OpenJDK Group.

Roger Riggs is a Reviewer in the JDK 9 and JDK 10 Projects, and
has been working on the Java platform at Sun & Oracle for 20+ years. 
He has made numerous contributions to the OpenJDK, including co-leading 
JSR-310. He is currently working in Core Libraries, with extensive 
involvement in Serialization and RMI, java.lang.ref.Cleaner, and Process 
API improvements.

Votes are due by 5pm UTC on Tuesday the 9th of May, 2017.

Only current Members of the OpenJDK Members Group [2] are eligible
