GB Nomination: Andrew Haley

Hello all!

I would like to nominate Andrew Haley for the position of At-Large
Member to the OpenJDK Governing Board.

I believe that Andrew doesn't really need any introduction, he has
been At-Large Member of the Governing Board since the beginning, and
is one of the most respected members of the Java Community. His
contributions range from the Governing Board itself, where he has
helped in making, and keeping, it as open and transparent as it is
today, to the AARCH64 project. Andrew has also been project lead of
the OpenJDK6 until very recently, and is currently leading the
OpenJDK7 project.
