OpenJDK Membership Nomination (Andrew Dinn/adinn)

I hereby nominate Andrew Dinn (adinn) to Membership of the OpenJDK Members Group.

Andrew Dinn, currently a principal software engineer working in Red Hat's
OpenJDK team, is a major contributor to the AArch64 OpenJDK port
and OpenJDK 9 & 10 committer. He also leads the Byteman project [0].
 
Votes are due by 4pm UTC on Wednesday, the 29th of March.
 
Only current Members of the OpenJDK Members Group [1] are eligible
to vote on this nomination.
