n.b. the announcement below states:
Only current Members of the hotspot Group [1] are eligible to vote on
this nomination
I believe that is a mistake as votes for OpenJDK members are meant to be
requested from existing OpenJDK members. I think everyone probably knows
that but I just wanted to ensure this is understood correctly.
