OpenJDK Membership Nomination (Ed Nevill/enevill)

I hereby nominate Ed Nevill (enevill) to Membership of the OpenJDK
Members Group.

Ed Nevill is lead of the aarch32-port project, a major contributor to
the AArch64 OpenJDK port, and an OpenJDK 9 & 10 committer.  He is the
author of many patches.

Votes are due by 1pm UTC on the 28th of March.

Only current Members of the OpenJDK Members Group [1] are eligible
to vote on this nomination.
