CFV: New members Group Member: Erik Joelsson

I hereby nominate Erik Joelsson (erikj) to Membership in the members Group.

Erik is a reviewer on the jdk project and a prolific contributor to the 
build and related areas, fixing over 300 issues in JDK 9, followed by 43 
in JDK 10, and 71 in JDK 11. Erik also made major contributions to JEP 
296: Consolidate the JDK Forest into a Single Repository.

Votes are due by September 19, 2018, 10:15 am Pacific time.
