CFV: New OpenJDK Members Group Member: Severin Gehwolf

I hereby nominate Severin Gehwolf (sgehwolf) to membership in the
OpenJDK Members Group.

Severin is a committer to the JDK and JDK Updates Projects starting from
JDK8u and also to Project Metropolis. He has made many contributions
over the last five years [0].
