GB Nomination: Doug Lea

Hello all!

I would like to nominate Doug Lea for re-election for the position of
At-Large Member of the OpenJDK Governing Board.

Once again, I think there is little need for an introduction for Doug,
having being one of the twoAt Large members of the OpenJDK Governing
Board since the position was created, and fior his important
contribution on concurrent programming in Java and the JSR 166.

Without doubt, Doug contributions have been extremely important in
helping this project run open and transparent, and it is always
refreshing and interesting to hear Doug speaking in public, for
example during the last GB public meeting at FOSDEM.

I hope that Doug will accept this nomination in continuing with the
Governing Board!
