CFV: New members Group Member : Kevin Rushforth

I hereby nominate Kevin Rushforth to Membership in the OpenJDK members 
Group.

Kevin is the project lead for the OpenJFX project [1] and has contributed
approximately  650 fixes to that project [2], [3]
