GB Nomination: Chris Thalinger

[Tony Printezis]

Chris has been involved in the Java ecosystem and the Java community for
15+ years. He has been an OpenJDK reviewer for 10+ years and a Java
Champion since 2019. He has extensive JVM/JIT Compiler implementation
experience and has contributed to many important OpenJDK projects. For the
past few years he has also been a frequent presenter at Java conferences,
JUGs, and meet-ups, promoting Graal and related open source projects. He
will make an excellent addition to the OpenJDK Governing Board.
