GB Nomination: Andrew Haley

Hi,

I would like to nominate Andrew Haley as At-Large Member of the OpenJDK Governing Board.

Let me cite the contents of last year's nomination mail:

Andrew is well-known to everyone involved in OpenJDK for his community
focus and the many contributions outstanding over the years. He
currently leads the AArch64 project and the JDK7, JDK8 and JDK11
updates projects, but he is also very well known and respected in the
wider Java community for his ability to represent and express the
views and needs of this community, having been since the beginning one
of the two At-Large Members of the Governing Board. His contributions
without doubt helped ensuring the OpenJDK project is run truly in the
open and remain transparent and with a very healthy community of
contributors and users.

This still holds true to this day.
