CFV: New OpenJDK Members Group Member: Simon Tooke

I hereby nominate Simon Tooke (stooke) to membership in the OpenJDK
Members Group.

Simon has completed a number of fixes in the main JDK project [0] as
well as backporting to update projects [1] [2].

Votes are due by Wednesday, 10th of June, at 19h00 UTC.

Only current members of the OpenJDK Members Group [3] are eligible to
vote on this nomination.  Votes must be cast in the open by replying to
this mailing list.
