New OpenJDK Members Group Member: Anthony Scarpino

I hereby nominate Anthony Scarpino (ascarpino) to Membership in the 
OpenJDK Members Group.

Anthony is a member of the Java Platform Group at Oracle. He is a 
Reviewer on the JDK Project and a member of the Security Group. Since 
the end of 2012, Anthony has been actively participating in the area of 
Cryptography and Security Libraries and has made many significant 
contributions. He is the author of JEP 246 (Leverage CPU Instructions 
for GHASH and RSA) and more recently took over as owner of JEP 339 
(Edwards-Curve Digital Signature Algorithm (EdDSA)) and successfully 
delivered it in JDK 15.
