New OpenJDK Members Group Member: Jamil Nimeh

I hereby nominate Jamil Nimeh (jnimeh) to Membership in the OpenJDK 
Members Group.

Jamil is a member of the Java Platform Group at Oracle. He is a Reviewer 
on the JDK Project and a member of the Security Group. Since mid 2014, 
Jamil has been actively participating in the area of Cryptography and 
Security Libraries and has made many significant contributions. He is 
the author of JEP 249 (OCSP Stapling for TLS) and JEP 329 (ChaCha20 and 
Poly1305 Cryptographic Algorithms).
