CFV: New OpenJDK Members Group Member: Julia Boes

I hereby nominate Julia Boes (jboes) to Membership in the OpenJDK
Members Group.

Julia is a member of the Java Platform Group at Oracle. Since mid 2019,
Julia has been actively participating and contributing in the areas of
Core Libraries, Networking, and Serialization.

Votes are due by 10:00 UTC Tuesday, 9 February 2021.

Only current Members of the OpenJDK Members Group [1] are eligible to
vote on this nomination. Votes must be cast in the open by replying to
this mailing list.
