CFV: New OpenJDK Members Group Member: Dmitry Markov (dmarkov)

I hereby nominate Dmitry Markov (dmarkov) to Membership in the OpenJDK 
Members Group.

Dmitry has worked in the client libraries sustaining team at Oracle 
since 2013 and in that time has contributed 62 client fixes [1], [2].
He has been active on the old client lists, awt-dev [3], swing-dev[4] 
and 2d-dev [5] mailing list over that time, as well as on 
client-libs-dev [6]. He is also a JDK committer and reviewer [7].

Only current Members of the Client Libraries Group [8] are eligible to 
vote on this nomination. Votes must be cast in the open by replying to 
this mailing list.
