CFV: New OpenJDK Members Group member: Christian Hagedorn

I hereby nominate Christian Hagedorn [1] to Membership in the OpenJDK Members Group.

Christian is member of HotSpot compiler team at Oracle. Since mid of 2019 he contributed
a lot of changes to OpenJDK. Christian has worked on both C1 and C2, acquiring expert
knowledge in key areas. His IR based testing framework for C2 is most noticeable contribution.

Votes are due by Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at 10h00 PST.

Only current Members of the OpenJDK Members Group [2] are eligible
