    Vladimir is member of HotSpot compiler group at Oracle. Since 2012 he contributed
    a lot of changes to OpenJDK. Initially he worked on JSR292 performance improvements.
    Recently he participated in Vector API development and Panama project.

    Votes are due by Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at 10h40 PST.
