I hereby nominate Robbin Ehn [rehn] to Membership in the members Group.

Robbin Ehn is an OpenJDK Reviewer and a member of the HotSpot runtime team at Oracle.  He has contributed a concurrent hash table, synchronization performance improvements and bug fixes to the HotSpot code base.

Votes are due by January 17, 2023.
