CFV: New OpenJDK members Group Member: Aleksei Efimov

Hi,

I hereby nominate Aleksei Efimov [aefimov] to Membership in the
OpenJDK members Group.

Aleksei is an OpenJDK Reviewer, a member of the Java Core
Libraries team at Oracle, and a member of the Networking
Group.

Aleksei has been actively participating in the evolution
and maintenance of the JDK for several years.

Aleksei is the principal contributor and owner of JEP 418,
Internet-Address Resolution SPI [1] which was integrated in
JDK 18. Aleksei has contributed many fixes, notably in the
networking area, and is also one of the maintainers of the
JNDI/LDAP and JNDI/DNS apis.

Votes are due by February 1st, 2023, 14:00 UTC.

Only current Members of the members Group [2] are eligible to vote on 
this nomination.  Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this 
mailing list.
