GB Nomination: Philip Race

Hello,

I nominate Philip Race for At-Large Member of the OpenJDK Governing Board.

Philip is currently leading the Client Libraries Group.
He has been involved in OpenJDK development and the community since the beginning of the project
and is a member of numerous groups and projects and is an active reviewer and contributor (https://openjdk.org/census#prr).
Philip has delivered a lot of outstanding contributions to the OpenJDK client stack.
He is deeply involved in the Wakefield, Lanai and OpenJFX projects and has spoken at many JavaOne conferences.
Philip is also well-known and respected for his thorough evaluation of the proposed solutions and ideas.
I think that he would be an ideal match for an OpenJDK Governing Board seat.
