Subject: CFV: New OpenJDK Members Group Member: Volkan Yazici

I hereby nominate Volkan Yazici [1] to Membership in the
OpenJDK Members Group.

Volkan is a Reviewer in the JDK Project and has been actively
participating in the evolution and maintenance of the JDK for
several years. Volkan has been contributing many fixes and API
enhancemnents, and helped review many PRs, notably in the
networking area.
Volkan is one of the contributors of the implementation
of JEP 517: HTTP/3 for the HttpClient API.

Votes are due by Friday, March 13, 2026, at 23:59 UTC.

Only current members of the OpenJDK Members Group [2] are
eligible to vote on this nomination. Votes must be cast in
