<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">I hereby nominate Frederic Parain [fparain] to Membership in the members

Group.<br>

Frederic is an OpenJDK Committer and a member of the HotSpot runtime <br>
team at Oracle. He is an active contributor to the valhalla project [1], <br>
implementing programming models in the HotSpot code. He is also a <br>
contributor to OpenJDK since 2010, working on serviceability code, <br>
implementing the diagnostic commands framework, and rewriting Java field <br>
layout code. He is currently working on compressing c2 frames in the <br>
Loom project, and making the VM internal representation of fields <br>
extensible for valhalla support.<br>
