Latest instructions on getting and patching

Just thought I'd download the binaries and see if they worked on Mac OS
10.4:

~/Desktop/j2sdk-image tobias$ ./bin/java -version
Bus error

So I guess I'll stick with Linux, hope that the current focus on being able
to build the MLVM on Mac doesn't make it unbuildable on Linux systems.
