hg: mlvm/mlvm/hotspot: indy: fix GC bug by reworking treatment of constant pool indices

Hi,

I just removed some #testable tags from the series file (in the
patches repository), then re-run make setup.
I have checked by hg qapplied in the sources/hotspot repository, and
found that all patches (nonperm, indy.compiler, indy.compiler.inline)
I wanted to see are there.

Now I'm rebuilding it.
