rebasing to current bsd-port

In order to get ready to push a load of changes into JDK7, I have  
rebased the mlvm patches (hotspot, jdk, langtools) to the current  
(5/19) contents of bsd-port.

This includes a workaround for jdk called fake_fdopendir.patch.  This  
workaround is intended only for Mac, and is untested on other Unix  
platforms.  If it gives you problems building, please remove it from  
the series file and let me know.

In other news, the JSR 292 EG has been busy with the APIs and is  
making adjustments.  Expect some instability, such as the recent  
change (for the better!) from MethodHandles.invoke_1 to  
MethodHandles.invoke.
