Continuations, here I come

As far as I know, the main implementor, Lukas Stadler, is currently  
working on a cleanup of the original prototype implementation.  
Basically continuations are working in the interpreter and the client  
compiler.
We wrote a paper about it for the upcoming PPPJ conference. If someone  
is interested, I can send it out personally. John Rose also has a copy.
