mlvm don't build

Rémi,
could you find a way out of the problem you reported a couple of weeks ago?
I retried without success 10 minutes ago, pulling all the most recent
changes from both mercurial repos (bsd-port and mlvm) and following the
instructions in patches/README.txt, a procedure that worked some weeks ago.
