hg: mlvm/mlvm/jdk: added tests and CoroutineLocals

I had to change a few bits here and there, and it now works on my Mac 
(at least in 32 bit).
Charlie: cleaning up the JRuby code and sending it to you is now 
officially the next thing on my list...
