hsx/hotspot-comp build plus patches

I've posted a linux-i586 build of the hotspot-comp branch (compiler
team dev branch) plus all recent invokedynamic-related patches:

I'll post other builds as I make them, but this is a nice one for
experimenting with the recent patches being tossed about. This
includes:

* Tom's patch for bimorphic GWT profiled inlining
* Christian's patches for push invalidation of MutableCallSite and
SwitchPoint gwt
* Christian's patch for full discounting of MethodHandle bytecode

I'll update things as more patches come along (and I'll post unpatched
builds too).
