JSR 292 milestone: Proposed Final Draft

The Proposed Final Draft for JSR 292 is now posted.  It is a part of the JDK 7 umbrella JSR, JSR 336.

You may be surprised to find that this version of the specification includes SwitchPoint.isValid, but don't worry.  The Final Release version, slated for the formal Final Approval Ballot, will be fully up to date.  Here is the current draft of the Final Release:
