I could see how to arrange 2 packages, with/without fastdebug.

for now build parameters include : DEBUG_NAME=fastdebug
SKIP_FASTDEBUG_BUILD=true

I'm wondering if fastbdebug is enabled or not (SKIP_FASTDEBUG_BUILD
make me think no but I'm unsure).

What would be parameters for DEBUG/NONDEBUG packages ?
