OpenJDK 8 + lambdas build for OS X

Part of the challenge will be that 8 is a quickly moving target,
lambda is synced with 8 sporadically, and mac port is based on 7,
(and in the future 7u) which is a quickly moving target, diverging
from 8, obviously.
My suggestion would be to start by looking at the diff between 7 and
mac port, and then applying that to a variant of the lambda forest.
If you want to in addition follow mlvm and jdk8 in flight, I would not
underestimate the integration effort necessary to make it all work
as expected (rather then just build;).
cheers,
