Getting On To The List

All,

I would love to be a member of this list but, though I get emails from it,
all my posts are still moderated which mean they are not part of any given
evolving discussion.

If there a process I can go through to become a full member. I hope that I
have something useful to say. After all, I am currently working on the
second non Java compiler project or the JVM.
