Could I use AnonymousClassLoader?

Lev,

Have you tried passing -XDignore.symbol.file to javac?

Regarding the API, I'd "recommend" (if it's an appropriate word for 
implementation-specific API :-)) to experiment with 
Unsafe.defineAnonymousClass() instead.
