RFR: 8150074 - Mobile: Can't build JDK 9 Mobile with Android NDK r10e

Hi Johan,

If you able to run x86 jdk with x86 emulator 19?
I getting "Floating point exception" when running with x86 emulator 19 but
works with higher versions.
Also, arm jdk works for all arm emulator 19+.

I think this is not related to this patch since I get same result with and
without this patch.
