reapplying 9 changes in jdk/jdk

Hi,

The excellent work of Bob, Gary and team resulted in a jdk9 mobile
repository that allowed java apps on ios/android.

I'm now in the process of applying the diff of the jdk9 mobile versus the
core jdk9 to the jdk/jdk repository.

There are a large number of changes between jdk9 and the current jdk/jdk,
and it will take time and errors before we get there. Some diffs can be
used to patch files without processing, but other changes require more work.

In order not to clutter the repositories, I created a github mirror at
https://github.com/javafxports/openjdk-mobile which I forked at
https://github.com/johanvos/openjdk-mobile and in that fork, I commit my
work-in-progress.
I am currently able to run my configuration scripts and start the build.
