Thank you, Johan.
Then the next step would be for Bob to resign as Project Lead.
Once that happens, I'll send an e-mail to porters-dev to announce the
resignation, point out that you have volunteered to step up, and invite
feedback, if any, for a couple of days, as usual.
Once the feedback period is over, I'd make the nomination of a new
Project Lead and announce it to the Registrar.
