New lead for the JDK 7 Update Releases Project: Johan Vos

Bob Vandette has resigned as lead for the Mobile Project [1].

Under the bylaws for Project Roles [2], a new Project Lead may be
nominated by the Group Leads of the Project's sponsoring groups.

The Porters Group [3] is sponsoring the Project [4]. As its Group Lead, 
I would like to nominate Johan Vos [5] as the new Project Lead.

As the Porters Group is the only sponsoring group for this
project, the nomination is automatically approved.
