new repositories for OpenJDK-mobile

Hi,

For the next iteration on the OpenJDK Mobile project, we would like to make
a few slight changes to the repository structure.
Currently, there are 2 repositories:
hg.openjdk.java.net/mobile/dev and hg.openjdk.java.net/mobile/jdk9

The first one contains all the work that was required to have OpenJDK 9
working on mobile, hence we would like to rename it to
hg.openjdk.java.net/mobile/jdk9

We would like to use the second repository for aligning the work with the
new jdk/jdk repository, and therefore it would be great if we could start
with a fresh clone of that jdk/jdk repository. In order to be consistent,
that new repository should then be named hg.openjdk.java.net/mobile/jdk

In summary, the name changes I propose are
mobile/dev -> mobile/jdk9
mobile/jdk9 -> mobile/jdk

And in addition to that, the current contents of the second repository can
be discarded (they are a very old fork of jdk9) and replaced with the
current head of jdk/jdk
