Which repository are you using?

What configure arguments did you use?

I don't see this file in the mobile/dev repos.

  jdk/src/java.base/unix/native/include/bits/byteswap-16.h

Which android-xx api are you targetting?

Best guess is there is something wrong in locating the sysroot files.
