repository + PR for ios static build

Hi,

It will probably be some weeks/months before we can leverage the Skara
tools, and meanwhile I created a fork of the https://github.com/openjdk/jdk
mirror at https://github.com/mobileopenjdk/jdk .

I created a first PR for that new repository, which contains changes
required to build libjava.a for ios-x86_64. This PR also contains a few
changes needed to build static libs for linux and macosx, and for Android
-- but more changes are needed to get those build.
