Sorry, but these are developer lists, followed by developers. Licensing
and legal questions do not belong here and can't be answered by general
developers (unless they happen to also be lawyers). The GPLv2 FAQ may be
of assistance:

but generally legal/licensing questions need to be put to lawyers.
