Work on Android

Hi,

I resumed work on Android, with the goal to make sure the latest OpenJDK
mobile repository can be used to build an SDK *including a JVM* that can be
used on Android. The PR for this is at
https://github.com/openjdk-mobile/android-tools/tree/main/samples/adbhelloworld
.
If you use that PR to build the SDK, you can check it using the sample at
https://github.com/openjdk-mobile/android-tools/tree/main/samples/adbhelloworld

Note: for Android, we build a libjvm.a that embeds hotspot c1/c2. This is
different from iOS, where we use Zero.
