We sometimes have build that works on Linux/Solaris but fail on Windows, 
or vice versa. I think it will be good if (1) also includes one of the 
Windows platforms.

Running it nightly sounds more reasonable.

There are probably some service loader tests and resource bundle tests 
we want to include, since this project will touch these areas.
